Kavach No Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans
Kavach offers the following subscription tiers:
● Basic Plan: ₹2,000/month
● Advanced Plan: ₹5,000/month
● Pro Plan: Customized pricing based on specific business requirements
By subscribing to any of these plans, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. No Trial Period
Kavach does not offer a free trial period. By subscribing to any of our plans, you are committing
to the service for the selected billing cycle (monthly or otherwise).
3. No Refund Policy
Once a subscription payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any
circumstances, including but not limited to:
● Dissatisfaction with the software
● Change of business needs or requirements
● Software performance issues
● Accidental subscription or renewal
We encourage all customers to carefully review the details of each plan before subscribing.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that cancellation will take effect
at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the
subscription after the payment has been made.
To cancel your subscription:
● Log in to your account on KavachPro.com
● Go to the “Subscription” section
● Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the instructions

5. Payment and Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or as
specified). You will be charged at the current rate for your chosen plan, unless you cancel your

6. Exceptions
As stated, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances after a subscription is activated.
This includes situations such as:
● Unused subscription time
● Service dissatisfaction
● Technical issues or errors

before subscribing.
7. Changes to the Policy
Kavach reserves the right to modify or update this No Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly.
